TRADEVIA / HELP & POLICIES

Terms & conditions

The responsibilities that apply when using MyTradevia as a seller, reseller or customer.

Using the platform

Use MyTradevia only if you can enter a binding agreement and have authority to act for the business you represent. Provide accurate information, keep account credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here.

The role of MyTradevia and sellers

MyTradevia provides commerce software and reseller-management tools. Each independent seller is responsible for its products, descriptions, prices, taxes, stock, fulfilment, customer support and published store policies. Product purchases are made from the identified seller. MyTradevia subscription payments purchase access to platform services.

Acceptable use

Do not list unlawful or prohibited products, impersonate others, publish content you do not have rights to use, misuse personal information, send abusive messages, manipulate referrals or attempt unauthorized access. Follow payment-provider restrictions and applicable laws. Accounts or listings may be restricted when misuse, security incidents or legal obligations require action.

Plans, invoices and renewals

The Subscription page shows available plans, prices, billing cycles and limits. Paid access begins after verified payment or an authorized administrator records settlement. A new store may receive the displayed trial; selecting another plan does not create another trial. Renewal invoices are paid individually through checkout. This integration does not automatically charge cards. Gateway fees and platform transaction fees are separate from subscription charges where applicable.

Cancellation and overdue accounts

Cancel renewal in your account to stop future invoices. Remaining paid access lasts until the displayed end date. Unpaid subscriptions may lose access to new sales or plan-limited activities after their period ends. Existing records remain subject to retention and support processes. Plan changes take effect through a new selection once the existing period has ended.

Seller payments and reseller commissions

Sellers must obtain their own approved payment-provider accounts and provide correct credentials. Provider approval, fees, limits and settlement schedules are controlled by the provider. Store owners are responsible for commission arrangements and reseller payouts. Recorded commission, payout statements and order status are not guarantees that funds have reached a bank account.

Content and availability

You retain responsibility for your uploaded content and grant the platform the permissions needed to host and display it for the service. Services can be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or provider outages. Keep appropriate business records and backups. No sales volume, uninterrupted availability or payment-provider approval is promised.

Disputes and legal rights

Raise store-order disputes with the seller first and platform-billing issues with MyTradevia support. Include the relevant order or invoice reference. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. Material updates to these terms should be communicated to affected users as required.
