TRADEVIA / HELP & POLICIES

Questions & answers

Quick answers for store owners, resellers and customers.

Can PayHere Lite charge subscriptions automatically?

No. Lite supports one-time payments. MyTradevia sends renewal invoices and each store owner completes a payment. PayHere’s higher plans support recurring features, but upgrading your PayHere account alone does not enable automatic charging in this integration.

Who receives customer card payments?

Each store connects its own PayHere merchant account. Customer order payments are handled through that merchant account and settled by PayHere under its terms. MyTradevia uses separate credentials to collect its own platform invoices.

Why is my payment still pending?

The browser return page is not payment confirmation. MyTradevia waits for a verified notification from PayHere. Refresh billing history or your order after a short interval. If you were charged and the status remains unpaid, contact support with the payment reference before trying another payment.

Can I use cash on delivery or bank transfer?

Stores can configure the available payment methods in Payments. Customers see the methods enabled by that seller. Bank transfers require verification by the store; uploading or reporting a transfer is not automatic confirmation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Subscription and choose Cancel renewal. Check the displayed access-end date. To request a refund for a completed charge, contact support with the invoice reference.

When does a reseller earn commission?

Commission approval follows delivery of the order. Cancellations or returns can reverse commission. The store owner manages payout statements and bank payments; check your payout history and contact the store about unpaid balances.

How do I track an order or request a return?

Use Track order or Account → Orders. For a return, open the order and submit a request or contact the store. The seller’s published return policy explains eligibility and return instructions.

Do I need separate policies for my store?

Yes. Platform policies describe MyTradevia. Each seller must publish accurate business contact information, terms, privacy and return policies for their own products and practices. Replace starter text before requesting payment-provider approval.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Use Domains to connect a domain, follow the displayed DNS instructions and complete verification and HTTPS setup. Confirm that PayHere has approved the domain used for payment integration.
