1. Create your account and store
Register as a store owner, sign in and create your store. Add a recognizable name, description, logo, brand colors and accurate contact details. Review your trial and Subscription page. Use the store preview to check your work as a customer.
2. Build a useful catalog
Create categories, then add products with real photos, descriptions, prices, stock and shipping information. Configure variants where needed and check the price and stock of each variant. Existing businesses can use Growth → Import to load a CSV. Review imported records before publishing.
3. Finish your storefront
Use the store editor and builder to set the hero title, announcement and brand appearance. Write your About, Privacy, Returns and Terms pages and publish them when complete. Verify business contact details, check links and test the layout on a phone. Connect your custom domain if needed.
4. Configure payments and delivery
Choose the payment methods you can fulfil. For cards, follow the Seller payment guide and connect your own PayHere account in Payments. Define delivery charges and service areas in the available store settings. Place a test order to check totals, stock and the confirmation screen.
5. Process your first order
Review new orders in Orders. Verify payment using the payment record; never treat a screenshot alone as proof of card settlement. Update fulfilment status accurately, record shipment/tracking details and mark delivery only when completed. Customers can follow their orders through tracking or their accounts.
6. Work with resellers
Invite resellers or publish an opportunity in the reseller marketplace. Review applications, approve memberships and agree on commissions. Resellers can use tracked links and their dashboard to follow orders and earnings. Delivery approves commission; returns can reverse it. Generate payout statements, make the bank payment and record its reference.
7. Support customers and handle returns
Respond through store chat, review customer order history and process return requests under your policy. Record refund actions only after confirming the provider result. Use platform support for issues with MyTradevia itself. Do not ask customers for card passwords or one-time codes.
8. Run daily operations
Monitor inventory and low-stock items, review sales and estimated profit, and keep product costs current. Use staff permissions to grant only necessary access. CRM notes, coupons, campaigns, purchase orders, business documents and POS are available as your workflow needs them; verify entries before relying on reports.
9. Renew your plan
Watch for subscription emails and open Subscription to review the invoice, due date and currency. Choose Pay now and complete the one-time checkout. Confirm that the invoice becomes Paid. To stop renewal, select Cancel renewal. Contact support if a charge has occurred but the invoice remains unpaid.
For customers
Browse a store, review product details and policies, add items to the cart and provide accurate delivery information at checkout. Select an available payment method and keep your order number. Use the store’s contact details for fulfilment questions and returns.
For resellers
Register as a reseller, browse opportunities and apply to suitable stores. Wait for approval before promoting products. Confirm commission terms, keep bank details correct, use your tracked links and monitor delivered orders, reversals and payout statements in your dashboard.
Launch check
Check a real product from listing to checkout, a cancelled payment, mobile navigation, customer messages, delivery updates and a return request. Ensure contact and policy pages contain your actual details. Confirm payment approval and test settlement before announcing that card payments are available.
